PUMP AND TRANSFER STATIONS

Sethco pumping stations are available in a variety of sizes. Each station is completely automatic and designed to solve corrosive liquid transfer problems in the plating, waste treatment, chemical, photographic and electronics industries. Each station comes complete with your choice of a vertical or horizontal self-priming pump, liquid level control, corrosion resistant tank and cover, and appropriate piping and fittings. There is no metal contact with the solution being pumped.

LIQUID LEVEL CONTROLS

Sethco's Liquid Level Controls combine high quality instrumentation with rugged construction to provide reliable level control. They're easy to install and can be readily adjusted on location without removing equipment or interrupting operations. Applications include monitoring levels in lift stations, sumps and tanks.

MLLC Series with Magnetic Switches

Operates by direct level measurements. A magnetically equipped float moves up and down the column as the liquid level varies. Each switch controls some function (for example: start or stop a pump).

MLLC Series with Mercury Switches

Operates by direct level measurements. Each float contains a single pole mercury switch and controls one function.

When you buy the Sethco "Tank-Vac" System, you get a powerful corrosive liquid vacuum cleaner, a high flow bag filtration system and an all purpose self priming pump, all in one. The complete system consists of a rugged CPVC chamber, a self priming, magnetic drive, sealless centrifugal pump and a corrosion resistant CPVC vacuum wand with 20 feet of 1-1/4" reinforced vinyl hose.
